LIDE Paraná is a business leadership organization that brings together executives, companies and institutional leaders through high-level events, forums and strategic networking initiatives.

In 2022, the design work developed for LIDE Paraná included visual materials for several institutional events, with a major focus on the Prêmio Líderes do Paraná 2022, one of the organization’s most relevant annual events.

The project involved event identity, digital and physical materials, audiovisual support, presentation design, stage screen visuals, websites, videos and communication assets for different formats and venues.

Challenge

The main challenge was to create visual systems capable of supporting premium institutional events with different audiences, themes and environments, while maintaining a consistent and professional brand presence.

Each event required a visual language that felt appropriate to its context — from leadership awards and ESG discussions to real estate and construction forums — while still reflecting LIDE Paraná’s authority, credibility and executive positioning.

Creative Direction

The creative direction focused on building a refined, institutional and high-impact visual presence for each event. The materials needed to work across multiple touchpoints, including digital promotion, printed assets, large screens, event environments, presentations and audiovisual production.

For the Prêmio Líderes do Paraná 2022, the design system was created to support a prestigious award experience, translating leadership, recognition and institutional relevance into a cohesive visual identity.

The work also included visual leadership during the event at Ópera de Arame, coordinating design-related needs for audiovisual production in partnership with RPC TV. This required attention to timing, screen visibility, hierarchy, stage presence and consistency across live-event assets.

Impact

The design work helped strengthen LIDE Paraná’s presence across multiple events by creating consistent, refined and event-specific visual systems.
