Yoskin Cosmetics
Yoskin Cosmetics is an inclusive skincare brand built around Brazilian bioactives, vegan formulas and a more responsible approach to beauty. The brand was created for people who value self-care, representation, sustainability and high-performance skincare.
The project involved the development of a complete visual identity system, from logo design to product packaging, label design and digital brand assets. The goal was to create a brand presence that felt clean, contemporary and inclusive, while bringing subtle references to Brazilian nature and the Amazonian ecosystem.
Challenge
The main challenge was to design a skincare brand and packaging system that could stand out on the shelf while communicating performance, sustainability and Brazilian origin with sophistication. The packaging needed to feel distinctive and memorable, but also aligned with the values of a modern beauty brand: inclusivity, vegan formulas, recyclable materials and conscious consumption.
Creative Direction
The creative direction was built around the idea of performance skincare powered by Brazilian bioactives. The visual identity combines a refined and minimal structure with organic elements inspired by the Amazon, creating a balance between scientific credibility, natural ingredients and sensory experience.
The packaging process started with hand-drawn prototypes on A4 paper, allowing the structure and user experience to be tested manually before moving into digital production. From there, custom vector illustrations were developed to represent Amazonian elements and bring a more meaningful layer to the brand experience.
One of the strongest parts of the project was the inner packaging structure, designed to create a more intentional unboxing moment. The experience of opening the package was treated as part of the brand narrative, reinforcing care, detail and emotional connection with the final product.
Impact
The final result was a complete brand and packaging system that translated Yoskin’s values into a clear and distinctive visual experience. The project strengthened the brand’s positioning by connecting skincare performance, Brazilian natural references, sustainability and inclusivity in a cohesive way.
Over six months of development, the project evolved from early manual sketches to a complete identity and packaging experience, creating a brand presence designed to stand out visually while communicating care, confidence and responsibility.
